ADDITIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1.
ILLEGAL DRUGS: Resident hereby agrees to keep
the premises free of illegal drugs. Resident agrees that illegal drugs will not
be used, stored, manufactured, or kept on the premises by Resident, Resident’s
family, guests, or invitees at any time. Resident will use their best efforts
to keep the premises “drug free” at all times.
2.
SUBSTANCE ABUSE: Resident agrees that neither
they or any family member, guest, or invitee shall not use controlled
substances (including alcohol and prescription medication) in a manner that
will either:
a. Disturb the peace and quiet enjoyment of
other Residents
b. Endanger the health, safety, or well-being
of any other Resident, their families, guests,
and invitees.
3.
ILLEGAL GANG ACTIVITY: Resident agrees that they, their
family, guests, and invitees shall not participate in illegal gang activity on
the premises. For this purpose the Board of Directors has defined “illegal
gang” as being a group of people involved in organized illegal activity or
antisocial behavior.
