NOISE
1. Noise is a particular problem in a condominium association because of
the close proximity of so many people. No homeowner, tenant or guest shall make
or permit any noise or activity which interferes with the rights of others,
including playing games, loudly conversing, or loitering.
2. Unnecessary or unreasonably loud yelling, shouting, hooting,
whistling, singing or music, on or in the common area at any time or place so
as to unreasonably annoy or disturb the quiet, comfort or rapport of
neighboring residents or any person of normal sensitivity within the area, for
whatever reason, is prohibited.
3. Loud noises caused by engines or motor vehicles that are disturbing
to homeowners such as racing, accelerating of engines or screeching of tires is
prohibited at all times. This includes continuous honking of horns and loud
radio music.
4. “DISTURBING THE PEACE LAWS” WILL BE ENFORCED. This is true
regardless of the hour of the day. It is each homeowners responsibility to
maintain the quiet sanctuary of the property.
