8 Clubhouse

CLUBHOUSE

Clubhouse recreation reservations require the following:

1. Limit – 60 persons.

2. A refundable deposit of $100.00 is required with a signed copy of the Homeowners’ insurance policy. The deposit is refunded if the Clubhouse is left clean and undamaged.

3. A non-refundable $20.00 user fee is required.

4. Homeowners may ONLY rent the recreation room. The pool may not be rented.

5. Reservations MUST be made at least 24 hours in advance through a Board Member.

6. Renters must make reservations for the clubhouse ONLY through the homeowner and a written letter is required from the homeowner.

7. Alcohol and smoking are not permitted in the clubhouse.
