RULES & REGULATIONS

INTRODUCTION

These condensed Rules & Regulations are incorporated as a supplement to the CC&Rs and By-laws by the Board of Directors in conformance with health laws and other safety, sanitation and maintenance standards to ensure protection of your property and to make Cascade Gardens a more enjoyable place to live. Your assistance in reminding others to conform to all governing Rules & Regulations and to report violations, in writing, to the Board, in care of the management company, is greatly appreciated.

Any owner wishing to complain about any Rule or Regulation is requested to do so, in writing, to the Rules & Regulations Committee Chairperson. The matter will be investigated and/or explained, with a possible recommendation made to the Board. Tenants must have owner’s endorsement and the owner must submit the request in writing. Pursuant to the CC&Rs, the owner is the only one with a voice.

Formal complaint hearings for violations of these adopted Rules & Regulations require the physical or written presence of the owner of the unit. Unless the owner of the unit is present in person or has submitted a letter in writing, the tenant shall not be heard. See Rules Enforcement section for more details.

This is your community and home. Please respect and treat it in a manner allowing you and your neighbors to fully enjoy it. Your anticipated cooperation and compliance is appreciated.

Owners who have tenants must give a copy of the Cascade Gardens Rules & Regulations to them. It is the responsibility of owners to make sure their tenants comply with these rules.
