Landscaping talking points for the HOA

Areas that need landscaping

Planters in front of A and G buildings need improvements.

Suggestion for new plants:

This drought tolerant plant would look nice in the planters in front of A and G

The grass with pink flowers is a drought tolerant plant that
would look nice in the planter boxes.

The hill on Berger nearest the G building was
cleaned up and the wood borders added.
With a goal to make this area have more curb appeal.
Currently the hill looks barren and needs more plants.

The hill on Berger and the A building has
dead plants and bare area that need replanting

The following photos are of plants in the area
that may work well on the CG property.
geranium would add color to the hills

Below:
A variety of grasses, in different sizes and colors
would fill in areas on the A hill

Two areas near the loading ramp
still look unfinished.
