Welcome to Cascade Gardens. The Cascade Gardens' Move-in Checklist is designed to ensure each new resident/owner receives important documents, parking plaques and keys. It also provides the association important contact information in case of an emergency.

Owners should have received a copy of the Association’s CC&Rs, Bylaws and Rules & Regulations at the close of escrow.  Please take the time to carefully review all these Association documents.

New residents should have received all of the following:

l  Cascade Gardens Rulebook, revised 2013.

l  Pool gate key

l  Pool restroom key

l  Two (2) yellow parking stickers for your co-shared parking space

l  One (1) pink parking placard for the guest spots the entire complex shares.

All new owners, (within 30 days of closing escrow) and all new adult residents, (within 30 days of move-in) are required to sign and return the Cascade Gardens Move-in Checklist. Items not received should be immediately requested from the owner (in case of renters) or management.

Cascade Gardens is part of the community's Neighborhood Watch Program. If you see something suspicious, want help in reporting a crime, or have any questions concerning community safety, please contact Alma at (858) 565-4231. This program is supported by a Saturday morning recycling program, please call Alma for details.

Current Events, Important Notices and Other Information is posted in the display case and on the bulletin boards in the mailbox area.

The Association insures only common areas and NOT your personal property. You are strongly advised to purchase content or renters insurance. See Cascade Gardens' Rules & Regulations (ASSOCIATION-HOMEOWNER LIABILITIES) for more details.
