General Information
1. The Clubhouse may be reserved by residents for
their private parties. The Cascade Gardens' Board of Directors reserves the
right to refuse any reservation
request. Owners are responsible for their tenants and must sign form below.
2. A security deposit of $100.00 is required to reserve
the Clubhouse for any party: The deposit is refunded after an inspection is
made to see that the premise is restored to pre-party conditions. The cost for use of the Clubhouse is
$20.00 a day for Cascade Gardens Residents and $50.00 for Non-residents that is
allocated to a refurbishing fund for the Clubhouse. If any damages are incurred and the total for repair of such
damages exceeds $100, the Board of Directors will assess the host/hostess for
the additional amount and/or the owner if the tenant does not pay. PLEASE SUBMIT TWO SEPARATE CHECKS, one for $100 and the other for the $20 or $50
a calendar day use fee.
3. Private parties are permitted solely on the basis
of their being of a personal and social nature and are not related to business,
political or religious activities.
Gambling or other illegal activities are not permitted.
4. This reservation is for the use of the Clubhouse
ONLY. Guests at private parties are
not permitted the exclusive use of the swimming pool. Residents have first priority for the
use of the facilities and private parties would interfere with that right. The
pool closes at 10:00 PM and the Clubhouse closes at 12 midnight.
5. The resident (owner) agrees that, except as a
result of the active negligence of the Homeowners Association, the owner will
indemnify, hold harmless, and defend the Association from any claims, losses,
expenses or any cost whatsoever including, but not limited to, those resulting
from bodily injury including death and/or damage to property of: third parties,
the owner, the Association, its owners, Directors, officers and employees
arising out of the function reserved herewith.
6. The host/hostess is held responsible for the proper
conduct of his/her guests.
7. If music is included in the party’s plans, it is to
be kept at a level so as not to create a nuisance to any homeowner.
8. The host/hostess shall insure that the following
are completed within two hours after any party concluding before 6 PM, or by
9 AM the morning following any party commencing after
6:00 PM. (1) Restrooms and Clubhouse are restored to their original state of
cleanliness; (2) Lights are turned off; and (3) Doors are secured.
10. The host/hostess must return the Clubhouse key to
the Association’s representative prior to 12:00 noon of the day following the
party. Failure to return the key
before that time will result in a forfeiture of the entire deposit.
Be considerate of the person(s) reserving the Clubhouse after you and
return the key in a timely fashion.
11. Individuals or groups using the clubhouse/pool
area must provide proof of appropriate liability insurance to ensure proper
assignment of liability in the event of a related claim
12. No
alcohol allowed in the clubhouse,
the pool area, or
surrounding areas
